- Corporate and Employment Law. The Firm offers guidance for a broad spectrum of corporate legal issues, including corporate governance, the full range of employment matters, partnerships, ongoing corporate legal guidance and legal audits. The Firm offers a flat fee Corporate Package for start-up companies.
- Non Profit Corporations. The Firm is available to counsel all types of nonprofit corporations through the often confusing myriad of state and federal regulations and record keeping requirements. The Firm recommends a Legal Audit for all not for profit corporations, which is offered by the Firm for a flat fee. The Firms' founder, Debra Edmondson, has been President of the Bob Jones Nature Center in Southlake TX for three years, a nonprofit organization in partnership with the City of Southlake.
