Toronto, Ontario: Private Islands Inc., the premier international firm for island marketing and sales, is pleased to announce the addition of a new Director of Operations as well as new office locations in Toronto and Nassau.

As the new Director of Operations for Private Islands Inc., Andrew John Welsh brings a diverse skill set specifically suited to the needs and concerns of our clientele. In addition to his communications, journalism and leadership experience, Andrew has lived, worked and studied internationally in more than 30 countries across five continents.

“Islands have always held a special place in my heart and so I am thrilled to be the new director of operations for the leading private islands firm. I look forward to using my years of experience in international tourism, business development and environmental stewardship to provide the best possible service to island buyers and owners.”

While Private Islands Inc. has always maintained an office in Toronto, the new location was chosen to deliver more prompt, discrete and convenient service to our clients as well as offering quick access to creative talent for our Private Islands Magazine.

“Island sales and marketing are typically very private and personal in nature, but I felt it was time to put a more public face on the business,” says Private Islands Inc. CEO Chris Krolow. “It’s the same reason we’ve partnered with Kevin to open the brokerage in the Bahamas: we want to provide our clients with the best and most convenient service available.”

Under the direction of veteran broker and appraiser Kevin Cross, Private Islands Brokerage is the first and only real estate firm devoted exclusively to the marketing and sale of Bahamian private islands. Kevin has built a successful 18-year career specializing in high-value properties and private islands making him very comfortable at his new exclusive Nassau address.

“The new office is located next to Lyford Cay in Nassau. It’s a very prominent location owned by my partners The Mosko Group. It's the perfect place for the Private Islands Brokerage allowing for any face to face meetings prior to taking the helicopter for site visits.”
