Marty Salazar will join Taos, an IT services and consulting company, as VP, Professional Services on July 18, 2011. He will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership in the Professional Services business line and brings over 23 years of IP network consulting and consulting management experience to Taos.

Prior to Taos, Marty was a founding member of C2 Company and was instrumental in building C2's success and strong reputation. Before founding C2 Company, he was Vice President of Professional Services at Keynote Systems, Inc. At Keynote, Marty was part of the executive management team that led Keynote through a successful IPO in September 1999, and a successful Secondary Offering in February 2000. Before joining Keynote, he served as Managing Partner of Cohesive Technology Systems' San Mateo Division, a full service network consulting company. At Cohesive, Marty was a key member of the management team that grew the company from $5 million to $45 million in sales. Prior to Cohesive, he spent two years at Tandem Computers Inc. managing corporate network support activities. Marty started his career in the Customer Support Organization of Ungermann-Bass, Inc. where he eventually managed a consulting organization with responsibility for building networks throughout the Western Hemisphere for UB's largest customers. Marty holds a B. S. degree in Business Administration and a M.B.A. from San Jose State University.
