For years couples have come to Waterville Valley in the White Mountain National Forest to wed. Now, the Resort is making major investments to help bring in even more weddings. Larkin Gause is the new and first Waterville Valley Wedding Sales Coordinator. She has a new program of venues and hotels to work with. In fact, two new venues have been built just for the effort. That includes a new secluded wedding spot surrounded by trees, and overlooking Corcoran Pond. The site has a grass covering, and wedding pergola to compliment its mountain and water views. Down the road, the Conference Center has just added this year a new gazebo for weddings that is cloaked by woods, and adjacent to the modern conference center.

“Planning the perfect wedding begins with choosing the perfect location,” says Larkin Gause. “ Waterville Valley offers one of the best destination wedding sites in New Hampshire – we just need to get the word out.”

Gause as a wedding coordinator can help the bride and groom coordinate and attend to every last wedding detail, whether it’s a small, intimate ceremony or a grand celebration.

Couples can choose to wed in the Waterville Valley Conference and Event Center or on the center’s manicured grounds under the new gazebo; in one of the Snowy Owl Inn’s function rooms or outdoor courtyard; atop Snows Mountain with pristine mountain and valley views; in the gazebo located at the heart of Town Square; or in the pergola overlooking Corcoran Pond with views of the Waterville Valley ski area.

Gause puts it this way, “Whether you choose to have your ceremony on the shore of Corcoran Pond, under a gazebo, or in one of many function rooms, Waterville Valley’s beautiful and unique location allows guests to enjoy a one-of-a-kind wedding weekend. Recreation, lodging, shopping and dining are always only a short walk or trolley ride away.”

Options also include bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, night before cocktail parties, day after brunches, wedding party golf tournaments, and so much more.

The 4-season resort is located in the midst of the White Mountain National Forest and offers a variety of accommodations, from spacious condominiums to country inns, as well as a variety of indoor and outdoor ceremony sites and reception venues. The surrounding 4,000-foot mountain peaks enhance the resort’s serene setting.
