Recognition and rewards company LoyalNation launches an updated edition of its P.R.I.D.E Platform technology this month, when client firms adopt customized programs that support critical internal and business-to-business relationships among managers, employees, sales channel partners and vendors within exclusive social networks.

The P.R.I.D.E. Platform acronym stands for Promoting Recognition and Incentives to Drive Engagement, describing the essence of the web-based program that delivers dynamic and flexible functionality. The P.R.I.D.E. Platform enables participants to recognize and incentivize key business partners with redeemable points, incentive travel, logoed business gifts or a simple thank you in a Facebook-like environment that reaches small teams or a company-wide audience. The social media tools also encourage and facilitate peer-to-peer recognition, which drives enhanced employee engagement, a key attribute of the most successful companies.
