Bellevue-based jewelry store focuses on custom jewelry and customer service, earning it a second award in two years for excellent customer satisfaction.

Earning a 5-star rating for the second consecutive year, Joseph Jewelry has received the prestigious 2011 CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award for providing excellent customer service.

The award, presented by Talk of the Town News, Customer Care News magazine and Celebration Media, honors companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, and other honors and accolades. This data is analyzed by a team of researchers and converted into a star rating; only those that receive a 4-star to 5-star rating receive the Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.

Joseph Jewelry opened its doors in the heart of Old Bellevue in 1996, although its founders, brothers Joseph and Danny Boukhalil, had already been designing and creating custom jewelry for several years. Joseph, a master artisan, has 30 years of experience in the business and brought his younger brother on board in 1993. Within a few years they had opened their storefront to serve even more customers.

What sets Joseph Jewelry apart from the competition is its focus on custom design work. Using state-of-the-art technology, the store’s artisans work with customers to create a custom piece that suits their style. “We are very accommodating to the clients, allowing them to work with us to see how their piece is created and what it will look like before it’s even made,” says Danny Boukhalil. Additionally, the store carries many brand names that are exclusive to Joseph Jewelry within the local area.
