Denver, CO (PRWEB) July 14, 2011
Summit Consulting Int’l, Inc. (SCI), experts in building strong, profitable automotive operations, is continuing its long-term partnership with Toyota and Lexus to create, enhance and deliver collision center training courses. SCI recently rolled out updates to its 2011 courses, which ensure certified collision center personnel meet the highest standards.
The Toyota Certified Collision Center (TCCC) and Lexus Certified Collision Center (LCCC) Training Programs give shops the tools and strategies to better manage their processes in order to increase productivity, efficiency and profitability. Courses span activities across the entire operation, and address trends in the changing and competitive collision repair industry. This year’s updated courses include:
- Measuring Collision Center Performance
- Collision Center Sales and Marketing
- Collision Center Human Resource Management
- Advanced Collision Estimator Training
- Advanced Collision Center Manager Training
“SCI’s training program has consistently proven beneficial to our collision center personnel – they have a better understanding of the overall operations and are more empowered to work in a way that drives business success and improves customer service,” said Brad Brahe, Body Shop Process Improvement Manager, Toyota Motor Sales, USA. “We are excited to continue our partnership with SCI as our primary training vendor. SCI’s courses prepare our employees to be proactive and productive, while also helping them think about new and more effective ways to run our operations.”
SCI has a wealth of expertise in delivering training courses that cover all aspects of shop operations, as well as customized content that specifically addresses a shop’s own needs and industry trends. SCI’s approach puts applicable curriculum directly into employee hands through real world examples and exercises.
“Toyota and Lexus have been long time partners of ours, and we are looking forward to continuing our collaboration in implementing a training program that drives results,” said Bob McDonald, president of SCI. “One of our primary objectives at SCI is to help shops improve their operational efficiencies and profitability – a well-trained, knowledgeable employee base is key to making that happen.”
