The ATM engineer training courses allow us to support our customers in their efforts more effectively and provide them with the tools they need to maintain high customer satisfaction and service levels.
Poole, Dorset (PRWEB) July 20, 2011
Leading ATM and ATM parts supplier TestLink has announced the launch of new ATM engineer training courses.
The training courses offer detailed information on how to carry out first and second line NCR ATM maintenance.
The courses will help ATM engineers and ATM maintenance providers to boost customer satisfaction through enhanced ATM reliability and performance.
TestLink is delivering turnkey ATM training solutions to meet a wide range of customer requirements, including helping to improve network reliability and reduce ATM management costs.
The training offers TestLink’s customer base significant benefits, highlighting the company’s ability to offer tailored professional services as well as extending its global reach.
TestLink has compiled three standard courses and also offers clients the opportunity to specify their courses with training tailored exactly to their needs.
The main objective of the training courses is to give ATM engineers a better understanding of how to repair and maintain a selection of NCR ATM models.
After successfully passing the ATM training courses, ATM engineers and service providers will have the knowledge they need to find and fix NCR ATM faults.
TestLink’s ATM engineer training solutions will be delivered at TestLink's premises in Poole, UK; Prague, CZ or at customers’ premises.
The training courses consist of fault finding exercises plus a written test at the end of the course to assess the engineers’ understanding and grasp of the subjects covered.
Employing competent ATM engineers is vital for global ATM service providers managing thousands of machines across the world. They risk incurring serious financial penalties if the ATMs they manage break down.
TestLink’s ATM repair training aims to provide ATM engineers with the tools they need to improve productivity by increasing the number of first time fixes and reducing part usage.
TestLink witnessed major growth in 2010 and continues to expand. The new training courses are part of its ongoing commitment to quality and service in supporting next generation NCR and Wincor ATM machines.
TestLink Managing Director Greg Hughes said: “TestLink’s sales have trebled over the last six years, with our existing customers already reaping the benefits of being in such a growth market.
“The ATM engineer training courses allow us to support our customers in their efforts more effectively and provide them with the tools they need to maintain high customer satisfaction and service levels.”
