Atmio’s new Form & Survey Creator enables in-house marketing teams to utilize custom forms and surveys within their SMS Text messages. This lets B2B and B2C marketers operate in real-time mode to energize the customer experience and optimize the performance of their SMS mobile campaigns. Further, Atmio’s software provides the seamless capability to export this customer response data to databases and third-party CRM systems such as Salesforce.com®.

Atmio beta-tested the new SMS mobile marketing capabilities during the April 2011 ad:tech show in San Francisco (ad:tech provides digital marketers with the tools and techniques they need to succeed in a changing digital world). Atmio successfully demonstrated how marketers can use SMS Text surveys and forms to promote products, drive website traffic and distribute coupons.

Atmio’s Form & Survey Creator also supports other mobile connection methods including Mobile Ads, QR Codes, NFC Tags and Microsoft Tags.

At ad:tech, texters received an easy-to-read, well-formatted invitation to enter a drawing for a free computer hardware product. Each participant also received a coupon towards an online purchase at the manufacturer’s website (serialized coupon numbers were distributed automatically on SMS by Atmio’s software).
