The New Age of Online Video Advertising - EnContext Advertising Introduces Version 2.1 of Its Video Tagging Solution

With the introduction of version 2.1 EnContext Advertising gives advertisers the ability to access their own reporting via a dedicated login and user interface (UI). Additionally, enhancements were made to add a cpa option for advertisers as well enhance encoding, geo-targeting using IPs, country, state, city or any Zip Code location worldwide.

EnContext Advertising, the creator of video embedded links that connect any part of a video image to advertisers' Web pages, has released an improved version of its system.

Now advertisers can access their own reporting via a dedicated login and user interface (UI). This UI gives clients the ability to view in real time clicks made by viewers, and, when enabled, actions taken on their websites. Reports provide tracking of clicks and actions by ad zones, offers selected, users' IP and physical location anywhere in the world, as well as a click ID and time stamp. Clients also will have the ability to select campaigns that they want to monitor as well as download reports to review offline.

EnContext Advertising has also enhanced its core offering, adding or refining its capabilities to include:

  •     The ability for advertisers to pay for each click (CPC option) or only when an action is taken by a viewer (CPA option).
  •     The ability for advertisers to encode ad zones within any video frame and link them to one or many website offers anywhere in the world.
  •     The option to take advantage of enhanced geo-targeting and target viewers based on their IPs, country, state, city, zip code.
  •     The opportunity for advertisers and/or publishers to very quickly change links from any ad zone to the best possible website offer.

Finally, EnContext Advertising also is available on mobile devices, delivering geo-targeted website offers on most devices anywhere in the world. And soon these offers will be presented to viewers based on an exact match of their geo-location, within a defined radius, state or country depending on how the advertiser sets up business rules.
