Healthy Companies International has promoted Stephen Parker to the role of President. He is responsible for driving financial performance and ensuring clients receive the most effective and valuable research and management consulting solutions in the marketplace.
Stephen joined Healthy Companies in 2009 and previously held the role of Chief Commercial Officer. He is a skilled leadership consultant and coach who has worked with top executives and high potential leaders across many industries including professional services, pharmaceuticals, technology, and consumer goods. Stephen helps individual leaders and leadership teams mobilize talent to quantifiably improve business performance. He has worked with such prestigious clients as PwC, Estee Lauder, PepsiCo, Unilever, Analog Devices and Sanofi-aventis.
Previously, Stephen built and led a Global Consulting Group for BlessingWhite, an international leadership development firm. During his 17 years with BlessingWhite, Stephen was Managing Director in London and led sales and operations in the U.S.
Stephen holds a B.Sc. in Physics from Imperial College in London, where he began his career in a variety of banking and Organizational Design roles for Lloyds Bank.
