Eisner Institute for Professional Studies (EIPS) announces an approved licensure track for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). The California Board of Behavior Sciences (BBS) indicates that EIPS meets the statutory requirements for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
The California Business and Professions code Section 4999.20 describes the role of a LPCC .
A Professional Clinical Counselor may apply counseling interventions and psychotherapeutic techniques in the identification , assessment and treatment of emotional and mental disorders. A LPCC may with specified limitations, administer psychological tests.
