BountyJobs, the online marketplace that connects corporate recruiters with a national network of seasoned headhunters, today announced that Banner Health, one of the nation’s largest hospital systems, is using BountyJobs to manage jobs it sends to headhunters.
Phoenix, Ariz.-based Banner Health is among the largest nonprofit hospital systems in the United States. It has 23 hospitals and healthcare facilities in seven states and more than 35,000 employees.

With the addition of Banner Health, BountyJobs is now used by 12 of the 20 largest hospital systems in the United States and more than 1,000 U.S. hospitals. Banner Health will use BountyJobs to manage jobs it sends to the headhunter channel, officials for both companies confirmed.

The BountyJobs marketplace is free to use for both corporate recruiters and headhunters. A corporate recruiter posts an open job requisition and sets the fee he or she is willing to pay for a successful hire. Headhunters that specialize in that role or industry can accept the fee and submit candidates.
When a headhunter makes a placement, BountyJobs keeps a portion of the fee. The bulk goes to the headhunter. If the new hire doesn't last for a specified period (up to 90 days), the employer gets a full refund.
