The mother-daughter team of Shirley Garcia and Michelle Mochoruk opened Nohea Café with a desire to offer customers top-notch luxury ingredients paired in interesting flavor combinations. “As soon as we tried the Strauss truffles we were hooked. We knew that the Strauss truffles were an ideal fit to the Nohea profile. Our favorites are the Raspberry, Black Cherry, and Caramel Sea Salt. The response has been phenomenal,” says Shirley.
