“The Digital WarRoom mission is to make e-discovery accessible and affordable for all matters, and for all legal professionals, whether in large or small law firms or on corporate legal teams, and to accomplish that we need to expand our reach."
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) July 22, 2011
Gallivan Gallivan & O’Melia, creators of the Digital WarRoom™ platform for accessible, affordable e-discovery, have launched a new E-discovery Partners Program to expand the availability of Digital WarRoom products and services in key US markets.
The e-discovery partners program is focused on enlisting established service providers who have technical staff and experience in the e-discovery value chain. This would include Litigation Support Service providers, Paralegal firms, Forensics and collection services, or contract legal service providers interested in expanding existing offerings to include e-discovery software, consulting or hosting services.
“The Digital WarRoom mission is to make e-discovery accessible and affordable for all matters, and for all legal professionals, whether in large or small law firms or on corporate legal teams, and to accomplish that we need to expand our reach”, said Jim VanderMeer, vice president of products and services at GGO. “The company has been successful due to our technical expertise and project management skills that are critical in e-discovery. As we expand our offerings to include software products, the education, expertise and support we provide to clients will matter more than ever. Our expectations of new channel partners will be high, to ensure a continued high level of service as we grow."
Partner program requirements will include professional certification in one or more of the industry education programs, including ACEDS, the Advanced Electronic Discovery Institute at Georgetown, or the Organization of Legal Professionals (OLP). New partners accepted into the Digital WarRoom E-Discovery Partners program will also receive extensive training on the Digital WarRoom platform and internally-developed best practices in e-discovery management.
