PCR Consultants, a provider of federal criminal justice consulting, announces it now provides substantial help to reduce Crack Cocaine sentences for over 12,000 eligible federal inmates.

The average sentence reduction for eligible offenders will be approximately 37 months...

PCR Consultants has provided help to clients around the country in need of guidance or documentation support for all phases of federal justice. The firm (online at http://www.pcr-consultants.com) now offers support to eligible inmates for the 2011 retroactive Crack Cocaine sentence reductions.

The United States Sentencing Commission voted on June 30, 2011 to make the reduced sentencing guidelines for federal “Cocaine Base” offenders retroactive. These guidelines were reduced by the Fair Sentencing Act of 2010, but were not initially made retroactive.

As of November 1, 2011 federal inmates already sentenced to federal prison for these offenses are eligible for a new, reduced sentence. The Commission estimates the number of inmates effected by this decision will be just over 12,000, and that the reduction will be, on average, 23% or just over 3 years.

PCR Consultants now provides service in two phases with these sentence reductions: First we provide detailed case and sentencing analysis to shed light on the eligibility an inmate has for these drastic reductions. Next, a personalized and legally sound pleading can be created for a flat rate.

Post-Conviction Relief (PCR) Consultants is a paralegal consulting firm dedicated to federal defendants, inmates, probationers, and their loved ones.

Aside from consultations about what to expect in the different phases of federal justice, PCR Consultants offers something different: it provide document services which help our clients, or their incarcerated loved ones, to interface with the courts directly.
