Ashford Publishing announces that the Honorable Judge Tim Fambrough will be having an on-air discussion July 26th at 5PM EST with our host Rob Michaels on Ashford Radio. Ashford Publishing speaks with executives, professionals and leaders of industry in order to share their wealth of knowledge with others.

Judge Fambrough presides in Nolan County Texas. The judge is a people person with deep rooted concerns about the protection of the community he serves. His expertise leans toward probate and guardianship hearings.

Since Judge Fambrough took office in 1999, taxable property values in his small town have nearly tripled. This extraordinary growth is due to tax incentives developed by the county, led by Judge Fambrough, for the implementation of alternative energy sources.

Since then, Mesa and other energy companies have constructed 1,300 wind generators in Nolan County, the highest concentration of wind energy in the entire country. Fambrough said the growth of the industry has helped stop out-migration of Nolan County residents as well as provided jobs for those in the community. “A lot of local people have gotten jobs: in maintenance of wind generators and in the construction of them. This resulted in lots of growth in Sweetwater,” he said. The county’s tax base grew from more than $500 million to just under $2 billion.

Not only is Judge Fambrough interested in the economic well being of his constituents, he invests himself in their physical health as well. The Judge is on the Advisory Council on Aging, Area Health Education Centers, Big Country Area Health Education Advisory Board and on the Board of Directors of The American Heart Association. For the comprehensive well being of his community, he holds a spot on the Executive Board of The Boy Scouts of America. Judge Fambrough is also associated with the Brazos River Region & Water Development Board and the Sweetwater Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he holds a prestigious place on The National WASP and WWII Museum Board.

When the Judge was a student he earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Hardin-Simmons University. He is a prized member of his community and was so honored with a Citizen of the Year Award.
Please tune into on July 26th at 5PM EST to hear the Honorable Judge Tim Fambrough’s show. If you would like to ask the Judge any questions on air, please call (706) 542-4100 between 5PM and 5:30PM EST on July 26th.
