The latest Association Management Software Use and Satisfaction Survey places TMA Resources at the top of the list for customer satisfaction.

New independent research shows that TMA Resources, the provider of Personify association management software (AMS) ranks highest in overall customer satisfaction among the three leading AMS providers.

The findings come from the 2011Lehman Reports™ Annual Industry Study: Association Management Software Use and Satisfaction that is produced by Lehman Associates, LLC. Associations across the nation were interviewed and asked to provide information regarding their AMS product use, purchasing processes and product satisfaction levels.

“The Lehman Reports™ AMS Use and Satisfaction Study is designed to enable AMS companies to better understand association needs and help association leaders to make more informed decisions. Now in its sixth year, it is the most comprehensive and authoritative source of information available for the association market,” said Tom Lehman of Lehman Associates, author of the report.

Association professionals participating in the study rate their satisfaction with their AMS product across 26 specific attributes using a scale of 1 to 10. Not only does TMA Resources rank highest in overall customer satisfaction, but Personify ranks highest for half of the individual items, including: customer self-service options, basic reporting capabilities, ease of use, and the development direction of the product. Personify also takes the lead in satisfaction for executive dashboards and mobile delivery.
