iPatientCare - Medical Communication Systems Inc. (MCS) announced today that Roseville Medical PC has received ARRA HITECH Stimulus incentives payment for demonstrating Meaningful Use (MU) using the company’s iPatientCare EHR solution.

Located in Roseville, Michigan, Roseville Medical PC is an internal medicine, hematology and oncology practice served by Jitender Jain, M.D. Utilizing iPatientCare EHR, an ONC-ATCB certified complete EHR in accordance with Meaningful Use Incentive Program, Dr. Jain successfully completed the attestation process governed by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). iPatientCare’s MU Taskforce walked Dr. Jain and his office staff through the steps necessary to track and report 90 consecutive days of ‘Quality of Care’ measures to meet the MU program requirements, allowing him to experience a smooth attestation process.

"The solution's Enterprise Quality Reporting (EQR) module, MU Dashboard and trainers’ assistance made it easy for me and my staff to prepare for attestation," remarked Dr. Jain. "In less than two weeks of beginning the process with help from iPatientCare, I am the recipient of the $18,000 MU incentive payment. While the MU program helps improve quality of patient care in multiple ways, the efficient and user-friendly iPatientCare EHR solution more than makes up for the investment of time and money by allowing me to stay on top of reportable quality measures and making incentives much easier to come by.”

“Several other iPatientCare EHR users are far into the MU attestation process with CMS,” remarked Udayan Mandavia, President and CEO, iPatientCare. “These achievements by our elite group of MU incentive recipients signify the commitment from the iPatientCare team and our EHR to help transform both the clinical and financial dimension of healthcare delivery. Also, iPatientCare EHR and integrated Practice Management, Patient Portal and Referral Exchange are extremely easy-to-use, provide minimum clicks to perform any function and make complex and mission-critical applications very intuitive and highly usable.”
