BobMolineGolf.com announces today the release of the inaugural golf cartoon series called "Its This Thing About...GOLF" aimed squarely at the non-professional player. With PGA stores and clubhouses around the world that are filled with $500 putters, instructional videos and expensive logo shirts, BobMolineGolf’s humor speaks to the "everyman" on the golf course who just loves the game, regardless of the cost of his outfit, club or golf bag. Bob put pen to pad and personified many of the comical golf characters and situations he’s encountered while on the course in the newly released cartoon series called “It’s This Thing About..GOLF”. The hand-drawn players are presented in various golfing mishaps with tattered outfits and mismatched clothing that Bob has observed on golf courses from Pebble Beach and Hilton Head to Scottish Heights in his hometown. "I wouldn't say that these cartoons depict my friends, but I've enjoyed portraying some of the more humorous situations, catch phrases and clothes that have found their way into many of my foursomes!" says Moline. All of the predicaments these comedic golfers find themselves in are common frustrations of both hobbyist golfers and professionals alike.
Bob's first cartoon sketches can be seen online at his new website, with more cartoons, golf jokes and characters coming in the next series scheduled for release this Fall.
