Transverse’s July 2011 release of TRACT – a real-time subscription and usage-based rating and billing solution in a SaaS model – will enable businesses to use white-labeling and support of multiple resellers to create compelling and varied pricing models for wholesale, reseller and franchise business models.

The ability to define “Proprietors” and to create hierarchies of “Tenants” through an easy-to-use UI will help businesses transfer their brands’ look-and-feel to their Tenants. Whether using TRACT as-is, or to re-brand (white-label), TRACT users will be able to leverage the full spectrum of TRACT’s capabilities, including:

  • Price Plans, Rating Rules and Usage Processing
  • Subscription Management and Customer Care
  • Order Management
  • Product Actions
  • Email and Customer Notification Templates
  • Custom Reports and BI Analysis

Whether using the TRACT UI or their own Proprietors’ websites using the TRACT API suite,
TRACT customers will be able to sign up new Tenants within just a few steps.

In addition, Transverse has focused on improving its dashboard and reporting views to ensure business users can conduct rapid analysis and assessment of their Tenants' overall performance and growth, as well as conducting analysis of their own subscribers.

The ability to highlight the overall performance and growth of Tenants with subscriber and revenue analysis – without revealing any subscriber specific-details – assures businesses can accommodate different support models and ensure differentiation of the distribution channel (e.g., better performing Tenants can receive higher levels of support).

QuickBooks™ GL Integration:

Building on the recent native GL enhancements, information from TRACT can now be imported directly into QuickBooks™ simple configuration. Extraction of Invoices, Adjustments and GL information has been simplified, as the information can now be imported directly into QuickBooks™ – both the traditional desktop version, as well as QuickBooks™ online. TRACT’s standard functions govern the checks-and-balances and retry options, therefore ensuring the correctness of transactions.

Live Support:

Transverse focuses on easy-to-use applications, and provides the best possible customer support to ensure active users of TRACT can contact the support team via live chat from within the application, as well as through email requests.
