Through a partnership with ARINC Incorporated, TTI Technologies is now making the microFIDS system available to the hospitality industry as a turnkey solution, enabling hoteliers to provide convenient in-hotel flight information to guests without additional IT or maintenance burdens.

The microFIDS system provides up-to-the-minute flight information in display formats that can easily be placed in hotel business centers and other common areas. For a customer service-centric brand such as The Helmsley Park Lane New York Hotel, microFIDS offers guests not only convenience, but the comfort of waiting out any flight delays, or spending additional nights in the luxury of the hotel rather than at the airport.

The microFIDS displays are available in a variety of sizes and in sleek, professional looking design—a priority for luxury hotels such as The New York Helmsley Hotel. The displays can also be branded for the individual hotel, and configured to display promotions for in-hotel services or third-party advertising.
