About the APSM (Applied Physiology and Sport Management) program within the Simmons School of Education at Southern Methodist University:

The APSM program is a relatively new undergraduate major in the Annette Caldwell Simmons School of Education and Human Development.
This program provides a rigorous curriculum for understanding the biological basis of health and fitness and the business background required of professionals in the sport, health and fitness industries.
Academic coursework and experience will prepare students for a variety of possible career paths ranging from corporate fitness to sports public relations.
