Montreal-based vacation rental company Travel Rental Network recently announced the introduction of a new service whereby the company’s trained, multi-lingual reservations department will answer all of the email and telephone rental inquiries property owners receive on the owner’s behalf. Travel Rental Network believes this new service will not only free up time for busy owners, but will also increase their inquiry-to-booking conversion ratio by ensuring that travelers receive prompt and professional responses to all inquiries in their own language.
