Ashford Publishing is proud to present a new series, “Staging with Pia,” featuring home staging expert Pia Lyotier. Pia’s on-air discussions with our host Rob Michaels will begin July 28th at 1PM EST on Ashford Radio with a segment titled The Steps of Home Staging: The Science behind showcasing your home for selling, on Ashford Radio.
In her segment, Pia, the Owner of Pacific Coastal Home Staging, will be walking listeners through her checklist for staging a home for sale. Pia will make the differentiations between home staging and interior decorating to give listeners a true understanding of the various stages she goes through with each of her clients.
Pia works with her clients to help them increase the value of their largest asset, their home. Her services help people increase the attractiveness of their home for sale and make it more appealing than competing properties. Through her work, she is able to give her client’s homes’ an advantage over others in their market and make the best impression possible on buyers.
In her previous show, Pia discussed the roots which lead to her professional growth. Her love for the arts began very young with an attraction to Scandinavian design, dance and music. Her natural instincts were excited by the modern contemporary world. Both of her parents led to her organizational background and her experience with corporate America led her to see the ‘world as a stage.’ With those foundations, Pia has moved onto developing the laws of nature and energy inside her client’s homes.
The series will continue with shows titled, Color and Paint: The Difference Between Decorating and Staging, Eco-Staging, and, Accessorizing for a Sale airing on August 11th, August 25th and September 1st respectively on Ashford Radio.
