Manzi, who previously held the position of vice president of talent solutions for GSK, brings more than 20 years of experience in the areas of recruitment strategy, recruitment metrics and recruiting function efficiency to Hodes.

Manzi, who previously held the position of vice president of talent solutions for GSK, brings more than 20 years of experience in the areas of recruitment strategy, recruitment metrics and recruiting function efficiency to Hodes.

During his tenure at GSK, Manzi was responsible for overseeing the strategy and delivery of the global talent sourcing and recruitment functions. Prior to his term with GSK, he created the first leadership and succession planning process at SmithKline Beecham and is known for introducing state-of-the-art talent assessment tools into the company's selection and appointment processes. In addition to his expertise in recruitment and talent solutions, More recently, Manzi is a coach to corporate executives, as well as officers in the United States military.
