London town rocked out last weekend at top rock event High Voltage Festival 2011. Set in the cultural heart of East London, Victoria Park, it was the festival’s second successful year as a festival and the sterling line-up was one to rival any other music festival. An array of established and upcoming popular rock acts that included Irish rockers Thin Lizzy, legendary Guns ‘N’ Roses axeman Slash, heavy metal rock band Judas Priest, rock super group Black Country Communion and folk and blues rock supremoes Jethro Tull; High Voltage Festival promised to be one of the top weekends on the festival calendar. And delivered it did, High Voltage Festival was enjoyed by rockers from all ages and blew away the thousands who had come to London’s Victoria Park to see High Voltage Festival in all its musical ebullience.
