Landslide Technologies, Inc. today announced a new three-tiered CRM service and pricing structure targeted toward small to medium sized organizations. The new structure makes business-class, sales-focused CRM services accessible to a wider range of organizations, allowing them to easily choose the appropriate level of service for their business at a reasonable price.

Landslide’s uptick in web traffic was attributed in part to the new offerings, and in part to Tuesday’s disruption in Salesforce.com’s service, which led some frustrated users to seek alternative solutions.
The new offerings are available in in three packages, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The Silver level is designed for small installations of up to 5 users and includes Contact and Lead management tools, Outlook and Gmail integration, mobile access, and web-to-lead form tools. The Gold level adds more sophisticated features, such as added storage, an integrated email marketing tool and seamless integration with QuickBooks. The Platinum level adds even more storage and functionality with the addition of several powerful features including the iO Channel collaboration tool, a developer sandbox, scheduled imports, and advanced reporting.
