Creative Management Agency bolsters its Board of Advisors with appoint of its newest member, seasoned beauty industry talent, Jim Morrison.

Creative Management Agency (CMA), a New York-based talent representative agency with focus on the fashion and beauty industries, welcomes revered industry talent Jim Morrison to their Board of Advisors.

President of the Professional Salon Division of L'Oreal, he increased their annual shipments from $29 million to $500 million, while also coordinating their acquisition of Maybelline, Kiehl’s, Soft Sheen, Matrix, Johnson, Carson, and most significantly Redken, the most successful and lucrative commission in the beauty industry to date.

He is also well known for founding globally-acclaimed Maximus Soho Salon and Spa, which has continuously been named “North American Salon of the Year" by various publications.

Coming from the man who accomplished these astounding fetes in just 24 years in the business, it’s reasonable to assume he has been creatively exhausted. Quite the contrary - in fact, Morrison just developed his most ground-breaking project yet.

For his latest endeavor, Morrison has teamed with the beloved Covergirl, and original “Uptown Girl,” Christie Brinkley, to create a beauty line that is entirely organic, vegan, and one of the first refillable beauty lines.

CMA partnered Jim Morrison with Cathy Quinn Models, Inc., Christie Brinkley’s agency. He developed a concept with Brinkley, who calls Morrison a “former executive from... the most successful beauty companies in the world.”

The line is entirely natural and cruelty-free. It boasts daytime, nighttime, and SPF sun-protections products. “Our job is to make people feel better about themselves,” says Jim Morrison. “We win if we make people feel great.”

With a true talent like Morrison, however, the best is yet to come. “It’s really clear whether you’re succeeding or not; you just need to see those smiles on your customers’ faces,” he explains. Through his partnership with CMA, Jim Morrison’s satisfied customers will keep on smiling.
