Accomplished technology executive to bring expertise to rapidly expanding Mobile Application Management provider

App47, an innovative provider of Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions, today announced that the company has named Andrew Glover as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Glover is a 14-year IT veteran with extensive experience in software development process, techniques, and tools.

As CTO, Glover will drive product development for App47, which was founded to address the growing demand for enterprise-grade MAM.

With today’s enterprises aggressively deploying mobile applications to their teams and customers, the need for mobile App deployment, analytics, performance data, security, privacy, and remote configuration is vital. He is also the former CTO of Vanward Technologies and gained experience in software development and engineering with Netwhistle.com, Phillips Electronics, and IBM. Glover co-authored the Addison-Wesley’s 2008 Jolt Award winner “Continuous Integration: Improving Software Quality and Reducing Risk,” Wiley’s “Java Testing Patterns,” and Manning’s “Groovy in Action.” He is a frequent author for multiple online publications and a regular speaker at worldwide conferences on topics such as collaborative development, continuous integration, behavior driven development, software assurance, and Agile engineering practices. Glover holds a Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University.
