In response to USA FACT achieving it's most profitable quarter in 3 years, the entire team was rewarded with a series of gracious announcements. The company has battled back from a series of industry pitfalls, executive dismissals, and mired technology momentum since 2008. A company that paved the road for web-based employment screening in 1999 simply lost executive momentum and became an underdog story in the late 2000's.
But, the tide was turned in 2010's 3rd Quarter when a new management team was put in play. Poor performance was "put on notice" as unacceptable by the board of directors. USA FACT reinvested in their clients and quietly began the campaign for excellent customer service and unmatched technology value for 2011 and beyond. The campaign has been so successful that on Friday, July 22nd, the company announced the promotion of Elyzabeth McCormick to Director of Customer Care, Ronald Williams to Sr. Account Executive, Christina Keistler to Sr. Account Executive, and Carliss Rafferty to Account Manager. Honorable mention was awarded to Marina Kozirovskaya for her repeated leadership and ongoing customer praise.
Carliss Rafferty was one of the five star-employees promoted in preparation for the new portal enhancements and company-wide release of the system that's been under dedicated testing and preparation across this year's first 6 months. Carliss noted, "I am so very glad to be a part of all the great new changes and am excited to now manage the service delivery team for our client assignments. We have wonderful customers and I know our solutions are now better than they can find elsewhere." Christina Keistler added, "We've just continued to do our jobs better this year, and decided to ignore what the competition is doing to corner buyers into unbreakable technology investments and lower quality. Our customers demand more and we make sure they get the best. "
The company continues to grow and continues to showcase its employees and service delivery managers as the true secret to its success. Along with promotions and a series of new-hire openings, the operations department was awarded its first set of performance-earned raises since 2008. CEO Matt Davidson concluded, "Our goal is to combine a clear thank you to our entire team, which we believe adds synergy to our enhanced customer satisfaction commitment. When our employees know how much they mean to us, we know that our new interface is winning with a balanced blend of our high-tech and low-tech endeavors."
