Lauren Panico has been named Client Solutions Program Manager. In this lead role, she will manage Performark’s most senior accounts, providing strategic solutions and Performark’s hallmark Progression Metrics turnkey service.

Panico previously worked at Carlson Marketing Worldwide working in the loyalty marketing space. Her nearly decade of experience there ranged from managing a call center team, training, managing email campaigns, to program management. Panico also has worked in the loyalty travel space as an account manager and she managed multiple large financial accounts. She earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Minnesota.
