Kennedy Group Property Management, a premiere full-service Orange County property management firm has expanded its asset management team with the addition of a new team member who will handle leasing and new client acquisitions. The Kennedy Group welcomed Danielle Lafontaine to the team in July 2011. Danielle brings a strong advertising and digital marketing background to the organization having worked in advertising agencies throughout Orange County over the past few years as a copywriter and digital marketing project manager. Danielle has property management experience working on leasing and management of single-family homes, smaller multi-family complexes and apartment buildings.

Danielle Lafontaine graduated Summa Cum Laude from the New England School of Communications with a BS in Marketing Communications. She has worked in several industries including real estate, property management and escrow. She brings focused and creative advertising strategies to market clients’ properties using cutting edge technology and clean, effective marketing copy.
