SIRE Technologies Acquires L.R. Hines Consulting

SIRE Technologies, a leading provider of software for document management, agenda automation and electronic plan review solutions for state and local governmental agencies, announced today the acquisition of all of the government and consumer SIRE software contracts owned by L.R. Hines Consulting, Inc., a California base software consulting firm. SIRE also hired Lonnie Hines, owner of L.R. Hines Consulting, Inc., as an independent software consultant to assist with ongoing SIRE business development in Northern California.
