Satrix Solutions, a client feedback advisory firm, today announced that they have entered into a partnership with SoDA, the Society of Digital Agencies, to serve as the exclusive advisor on client satisfaction and feedback programs for SoDA members. Satrix Solutions will offer client satisfaction programs tailored to deliver actionable insight to SoDA members, which include senior level executives from more than fifty (50) leading digital agencies worldwide. In addition, Satrix Solutions will design and manage an annual member survey to help SoDA ensure it is maximizing the value and benefits delivered to its member agencies.
