Springville, UT (PRWEB) August 09, 2011
The International Hispanic Online University, a provider of online college courses taught in Spanish, has partnered with Adams State College, a liberal arts college in Colorado, to offer online course content, taught in the Spanish language, modeled after university courses available in the United States.
“It’s my pleasure to announce that IHOU has signed an agreement with Adams State College to provide course credit to Spanish-speaking students who take courses in their native tongue," said IHOU’s President, Marvin Loflin. "Offering students the opportunity to take college courses in their native language will serve to increase the education attainment rate around the United States, thus helping higher education meet President Obama’s 2020 educational challenge.”
Students who choose to enroll in these courses will have the flexibility to study at times that fit into their busy lives, interact with Spanish speaking students around the world, and be able to take courses from the United States educational system in their native language. More information about this collaborate partnership can be found at http://www.ihou.org/asc.
