Haroon Mokhtarzada, CEO and Co-Founder of Webs, the popular, do-it-yourself solution for website creation, is presenting a session on best practices for using a freemium model at HostingCon 2011 in San Diego.
The session, scheduled for Tuesday, August 9, will cover how successful internet companies use the freemium model to attract customers. The freemium model offers a usable product free of charge, but charges users for use of more advanced or premium features. Haroon Mokhtarzada will also discuss conversion funnel metrics, a/b testing, cohort analysis and other analytic approaches to improving conversion and retention rate in a freemium business.
