This Texas litigation firm opens its third office in Houston, Texas, and expands the firm's Employment law practice with the addition of new attorney Jim McInerney, Board Certified in Labor and Employment law.

Hartline Dacus Barger Dreyer LLP is pleased to announce the opening of the firm’s third Texas office in Houston. HDBD’s partners are excited about the firm’s growth and the opportunities presented by the expansion into Houston. “A number of clients have expressed a desire for us to open a Houston office,” said Managing Partner Larry D. Grayson. “This new office will enable us to enhance the level of service we offer to our existing clients, and put us in a position to expand our client base as we continue to grow into new markets and practice areas.”

The office will be manned full time by Jim McInerny, who joined the firm as of counsel this year. According to Jim, “The firm’s labor and employment practice will get the most immediate boost from the new office. I’m glad to be part of this expansion at HDBD and looking forward to growing with the firm.” Jim has many years of experience defending employers in employment and labor law matters before administrative agencies and in state and federal court. He’s Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and his clients have ranged from Fortune 500 corporations to small businesses.
