Houston, TX (PRWEB) August 17, 2011
Prodagio Software, the best-in-class provider of Accounts Payable invoice automation software and creators of the advanced ISX platform, has announced Prodagio M-SX - a new mobile application for its invoice automation solution. Prodagio users can download the App to interface with Prodagio AP 5SX, which was released earlier this year. The Prodagio M-SX extends this solution by delivering important information directly into key personnel’s hands, which streamlines the process and provides visibility across the enterprise.
With Prodagio M-SX, users can securely review, approve, or reject invoices using their favorite mobile device. Prodagio has embedded two unique social networking features in their business solution, which is a first in the industry. Users can decide to follow an invoice after they have approved it with their mobile app, alerting them the moment an invoice gets paid. Additionally, they can rate or “Like” vendors involved with each invoice, providing valuable information to Purchasing. The Prodagio M-SX will be available on Android, Apple and Mobile Browsers.
“Executive time is an extremely valuable resource,” said Mara Henderson, president and CEO of Prodagio Software. “Compliance and security rules often burden them with having to be in the office to perform critical, yet simple tasks like approving invoices. Prodagio M-SX provides freedom and flexibility without compromising security or compliance tracking like SOX.”
