Ashford Radio Welcomes Back Thomas V. Sunnycalb, the President and CEO of Shield Training Company

Ashford Publishing is honored to re-introduce Thomas V. Sunnycalb, the President and CEO of Shield Training Company, located in Kissimmee, Florida. Mr. Sunnycalb is going to conduct a six show series, "Security Training and Enforcement", every Wednesday, beginning August 17th, and will continue through September 21st at 4pm EST. Thomas is an NRA Certified Law-Enforcement Firearms Instructor, Private Instructor for Self Defense and provides full training for Security Officers. He holds a Criminal Justice Degree that he obtained from Ashworth College; he also graduated from the Police Science Institute, and was appointed by the Florida Supreme Court as a Certified Guardian Ad Litem. He is FEMA Certified in Emergency Response to Terrorism and is a Red Cross Certified Professional Emergency Responder.

With over eighteen years of experience in the security field, Thomas has held several supervisory positions such as Operations Manager, Field Training Officer, K-9 Officer and Patrol Officer. He also supervised the Hurricane Katrina Task Force in New Orleans, LA. Thomas is a current member of the International Foundation for Protection Officers, a Patron Member of the National Rifle Association, American Society of Law Enforcement Trainers, Florida Sheriffs Association and the Osceola County Sheriffs Association. He is affiliated with the Golden Eagle created by the NRA, and was awarded the NRA Patriots Medal.
