Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) August 23, 2011
On Saturday, August 27th, Flash Mob America, holding true to the very nature of flash mobbing – giving back to the community – will help raise awareness of the Presley Charitable Foundation, a non-profit philanthropic organization committed to building transitional housing for homeless families in New Orleans. The event will mark the 6th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina and will commemorate those displaced by the natural disaster.
On Saturday evening, Flash Mob America, whose sole purpose is to create joy through surprise, will arrive at a secret location, burst into choreographed dance, surprise and delight onlookers, and then quickly disperse following the dance number.
Those who wish to participate can register for the flash mob, learn the routine, and even attend rehearsals on Friday night (from 6pm – 8 pm) and Saturday afternoon (from 2:30pm – 5:30pm).
To register for the event, please visit: http://www.flashmobamerica.com/events/event-reg.
Please note: This is a fan-sponsored event; it is not sponsored by Lisa Marie Presley or the Presley Charitable Foundation.
