Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) August 25, 2011
To give the 40 million singles dating online in the US some comic relief, Bad Online Dates and Bad Date TV launches the first of a new video series: Batman and Robin Superhero Boyfriends (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Im8YqumbQaU), who save the dating day. As an early innovator in supporting singles with Bad Online Dates, Founder/CEO Jennifer Kelton is now using the latest social media tools, a free Bad Dates iPhone App and Bad Date TV web series to expand this dating support community. As singles get ready for another summer romance weekend with potential bad dates, Bad Online Dates also announces a new Twitter contest where singles who tweet about bad dates using #BadOnlineDates will be automatically entered into a sweepstakes (details on http://badonlinedates.com.)
To entertain singles who feel like screaming after a bad date, the first SuperHero Boyfriends video highlights Bad Date Betty giving up on her mission to get married, and instead deciding to date Superhero Doll Boyfriend Batman. Live from the Batmobile in Los Angeles, Bad Date Betty and Bad Date Alice explore dating superheroes, starting with Batman and Robin.
And watch out for what can happen when two Catwomen mix with two Superheroes in this funny video. Recognizing that Superheroes are powerful hunks without complications, Bad Date Betty and Bad Date Alice are very protective of these new Superhero Boyfriends. When the girls start the discussing diets, there is a bit of a catfight over whether pizza will make Batman fat. Every woman has a Catwoman side that is just waiting to come out. In “The Dark Knight Rises” (July 2012), Anne Hathaway will play Catwoman and Christian Bale will be back as Batman / Bruce Wayne. To save the day, Anne Hathaway wants to visit sick children in hospitals dressed as Catwoman. Meow!
When the Bad Date Betty and Bad Date Alice encounter evil in the Batmobile, check out the screams and Pow! Smack! Thud! Biff! graphics. And of course, Holy Batman! There’s danger in Gotham City, similar to any big city (and especially in Bad Date Betty’s hometown of Los Angeles, the most dysfunctional dating city with 35% of the population being single!) On average, there are 86 single men to every 100 single women in the US, making the odds slightly in favor of men for finding a match and making Superhero Doll Boyfriends an even more appealing alternative. If you’re a woman, you have 15 minutes to make a first impression, and if you’re a man, you have a little more slack.
This Superhero Boyfriends video is being released just-in-time for Batman’s big Hollywood 2011 comeback. DC Comics is preparing to re-launch 52 titles in September (including Batman and Superman), and Batman Year One just premiered at Comic-Con, and will officially launch in Oct 2011. The good news is that there are many Superheroes out there to provide hope and laughs for singles. In future Bad Online Dates Superhero Boyfriends videos, there will be more action and guys with guts who are ready to save the dating day.
