For Virginia Glover, Sunday school and finding nuggets of truth from the Bible don’t have to be as dull and boring as reciting Scripture verses without finding out its true meaning. Deeply committed to spreading God’s word among middle school children in a fun way, she decided to pen WOW: Words of Wisdom.

The daily devotional is an excellent companion for Sunday school and Bible studies among kids, and even the young at heart. Parents will be delighted to know that each daily reading focuses on practical applications in a school setting, alongside verses lifted from the Scriptures. Questions are included at the bottom of each devotional. They may be used by the student alone or can be used as discussion questions in a family or school setting.

WOW: Words of Wisdom came into light when the writer realized that there’s a need for a handy Bible study companion designed for middle school children – not as basic for kids in elementary school but not as mature like the ones used by high schoolers.

Fun and light to read, figuring out the message behind God’s word has never been this easy with WOW: Words of Wisdom.
