Results showed that 75% of customers who used a leading brand estate agency in the last year would not confidently recommend their chosen agent to a friend. This, coupled with estate agents’ generally poor image was not deemed at all acceptable by the founders of Anderson Rose who decided to make it their mission to instil public confidence once again in an agent who cared.

Anderson Rose Background
The brand name is inspired by Mark Anderson, who led Hamptons International for many years until he passed away in July 2010. Mark was a leader of great integrity and Anderson Rose will build on his legacy.
Jon Byers is very experienced and achieved great success at Hamptons prior to launching Anderson Rose. Jon began his career at Hamptons Tower Bridge in 1999. In 2001 he launched the City of London office which he ran until 2007 when he moved out to the countryside to become Hamptons’ South East Regional Director.
Residential Sales Manager, Stephen Whyte was the former head of Hamptons, Haywards Heath and built a great reputation to become the market leader before leaving to join Anderson Rose. Steve’s experience of selling property in the country and, before that, in Ireland during the Celtic Tiger years means that he has a depth of experience to offer the London market.
Julia O’Keeffe is the Operations Manager. Jules joined Hamptons in 1998 as a float branch administrator working in several offices in London before secondment in 2000 to set up a branch in Barbados. Jules returned to take up the role of PA to the COO and then latterly EA to MD, Mark Anderson. Jules therefore brings to Anderson Rose a wealth of operational estate agency experience at both branch and corporate level.
