Our boutiques give customers the styles and selection they want at one location and with the added benefit of shopping the trusted name of House of Brides.
Glen Ellyn, Illinois (PRWEB) September 01, 2011
Established in 1929, House of Brides celebrates its 82nd year in business with 6 bridal salons, 4 specialty boutiques and a global E-Commerce website, http://www.houseofbrides.com. House of Brides opened the Quinceanera Boutique in Glen Ellyn, its latest specialty store, featuring apparel and products for Quinceanera celebrations. The boutique exemplifies House of Brides’ efforts to expand its customer and product base beyond the bridal industry to meet the needs of more consumers.
The Quinceanera Boutique is a full-service store offering apparel and products especially for the Quinceanera, a birthday celebration in the Latin culture representing a girl’s transition from childhood to womanhood at age fifteen. The boutique also features gowns for Debutante and Sweet Sixteen events. The boutique is the newest addition to House of Brides’ growing establishment. Their 6 bridal salons are located in Chicago, Glen Ellyn, Oak Lawn, Aurora, Orland Park and the World’s Largest Wedding Store, Schaumburg. House of Brides also has specialty stores with the Occasions & Quinceanera Boutique in Schaumburg, Occasions Boutique in Glen Ellyn and the recently opened Diva Bridal Boutique in Glen Ellyn.
The Diva Bridal Boutique is the first salon in the nation dedicated to plus size brides. The Diva Bridal Boutique showcases fashion-forward designer wedding dresses exclusively in sizes 18 – 40. All wedding dresses are available in Women’s sizes only including the samples. Plus size brides can try-on dresses in Women’s sizes instead of the industry’s standard sample sizes of 10s and 12s. Diva Bridal Boutique features dresses available for immediate purchase or special order. The Diva Plus Size Bridal Boutique joins the Quinceanera Boutique as representation of House of Brides’ continued attention to the changing needs of its customer base.
House of Brides began their venture into other markets because of the void of large retailers offering specialty merchandise such as plus size wedding dresses, special occasion dresses and Quinceanera gowns. While some bridal retailers feature these specialty collections within their salons, their inventories are limited in design, availability, size and color. House of Brides is the first to premiere stores independent of its bridal salons dedicated to specialty collections.
“We understand customers want variety when shopping for an event but without the hassle of going store to store,” states Eva Buziecki, President. “Our boutiques give customers the styles and selection they want at one location and with the added benefit of shopping the trusted name of House of Brides”.
House of Brides looks toward the further growth of its brand. The marketing team uses retail analysis and trends in planning the next venture. Currently in consideration is the opening of 6 additional stores in Illinois plus stores outside the state and the company going public. Also, the team is exploring options for domestic and international partnerships to advance as a global company.
Eva Buziecki says, “We want to reach consumers in and outside the wedding marketplace and provide a dynamic shopping experience. Our goal is to be a global brand. We are tradition and we want to share the tradition with as many people as we can reach”.
The Quinceanera Boutique is open 7 days a week. The boutique is located at 1184 Roosevelt Road, 4 doors west of House of Brides in Glen Ellyn. Visit http://www.houseofbrides.com for directions and hours.
