New Name, Same Great Services for individuals with disabilities!

We have exciting news! United Cerebral Palsy of Southern Maryland’s name is changing to Bay Community Support Services, Inc.
Our agency has evolved and changed through the years to a point where we feel the “Cerebral Palsy” name doesn’t describe who we are and what we do anymore. It’s both a sad and exciting time for us. We have enjoyed our long relationship with UCPA and are sad to leave the UCP family. We truly appreciate all that UCPA has done for us, but feel it’s time for our agency to take a different path.
We will still offer the same great services to all people with disabilities. Those services will still include residential, community supported living arrangements, individual and family support services. We’ll still have the same great folks working for us and the same great folks volunteering! It’s only our name that will be changing.
We will transition between the two names throughout the month of September with the official name change taking place on October 1, 2011.
We’re excited to have our organization grow and change. Thank you for being part of our past as United Cerebral Palsy of Southern Maryland and we look forward to your continued support in our future as Bay Community Support Services!
