Murata Machinery USA, Inc. will present how implementing process integration with automation can make your turret punch press operation more efficient during this year’s Fabtech trade show at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois, November 14–17, 2011. A subsidiary of Murata Machinery Ltd., based in Kyoto, Japan, Murata Machinery USA, Inc.’s machine tool division produces a variety of high-productivity machines for the metal-forming and metal-cutting industries.
Cary Teeple, Midwest Regional Sales Manager, will be presenting a speech entitled “Process Integration: The Key to Profitable Punching in a Lean Environment” at Fabtech on Monday, November 14, 2011, during the 1:30 – 3:30 pm session at McCormick Place. FabTech is North America's largest metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing trade show.
During the Fabtech show, Muratec will also showcase its F1G-1250 cell loader/unloader, which Teeple calls “the workhorse of the industry.” The F1G-1250 gives sheet metal fabricators the flexibility and reliability to handle both short and long runs of virtually any size and part-variety, while reducing post-process or secondary operations to eliminate post-op costs.
“If you’d like to learn what the FIG-1250 can do, we invite you to see it in action for yourself at Fabtech,” Teeple said.
