Author shares her experiences and encounters with those she considers “angels”

It’s funny how some people take so many things for granted, never realizing that one little kind act or word can have such a huge impact on someone else. Author C. Ledford has often experienced this kindness in her life from those she considers angels. In I Thought I Saw... Or Did I Hear, A Halo?, she shares her experiences, her “angelic” encounters, and insightful reflections on living.

Life for Ledford did not come easy. She was a mother single-handedly raising her daughter at the same time working as a waitress. In her lifetime she has met some evil people, but also some pretty wonderful people, a lot of whom she considered to be angels. The author pointed out, “How else can you figure that they were there at the right time and the right place and at that most specific time in my life?” Every time she needed an angel the most, one almost always appeared.

For the author, angels come in all shapes, sizes and disguises, and come when one needs help. Kind and caring, some people are angels in their own ways. They may not come from above and were probably born in the conventional manner; nonetheless these people are an extension of the messengers and angels from above. I Thought I Saw... Or Did I Hear, A Halo? reveals some of Ledford’s memorable encounters with those with those who have the heart and soul of an angel. As she shares her life and experiences, she also imparts nuggets of wisdom to readers on how to live life fully and how to be an angel to others.
