Norcross, GA (PRWEB) September 01, 2011
Today, Projections, Inc., the leader in employee communications, announced the release of a new DVD designed to help companies remain union-free following the National Labor Relations Board ruling that requires virtually all private-sector employers post notice detailing an employee’s right to join a union.
Last week, the NLRB mandated that employers post this new notice by November 14. According to the Board, the new poster:
Along with the physical poster, if a company regularly uses the internet or an intranet for personnel rules and policies, it must also be posted there. If a company fails to comply with the requirement, they may be charged with an unfair labor practice.
“Over the last couple years, the current NLRB has issued a number of rulings and decisions meant to favor unions, but this unprecedented ruling is among the most ambitious,” explained Walter Orechwa, CEO of Projections. “The best approach for employers in this environment is to continue strategic communications that promotes a union free philosophy.”
As a result of the ruling, Projections released a new program for employees and supervisors, "Your Rights and Responsibilities: The NLRB Poster Requirement." “Your Rights” is the employee version, in both English and Spanish, and it explains the posting, the reasons behind it, and how it doesn't affect the company's desire to maintain a direct relationship with employees. “Your Responsibilities” is the supervisor version and contains an educational bulletin that will enable them to answer employee questions about the posting.
For a limited time only, this DVD kit is available for only $195. You can preview and purchase the shows here: https://projections.infusionsoft.com/saleform/nathnio
