CouponFactory.com, a digital couponing platform, has been highlighted by Facebook in their “Couponing on Facebook” guide, an internal manual used by their inside sales team. The guide advises brands to seek a “seamless user experience” by providing coupons directly on the page without requiring the user to install a coupon printer or go off-site.
